08 Mar 2012There’s no place like…Austin, TX. The city is complete with a local swimming hole (check out Barton Springs), finger lickin’ BBQ, an unlimited amount of talented musicians and interesting people. Not to mention the food trucks, impressive facial hair, and warm weather! Next week I’ll be in Austin for the...Archived in Fashion

02 Mar 2012My experience working in a hospital contributes to my constant awareness that everyday lifestyle choices affect overall health. Of course, there are many medical conditions that are the result of genetic mutations and some people are born with congenital disorders (present from birth). However, it’s extremely evident that our bodies...Archived in Lifestyle

09 Feb 2012I recently came across Garnett Jewelry and was faced with a difficult decision-which one…ok..two…three?! pieces should I add to my collection? Geometric lines, earthy materials, and one-of-a-kind design animate the hand crafted collection by artist Aimee Munford. Aimee works out of her studio in Richmond, Virginia and sells locally in boutiques and online. In...Archived in Take 5

Hi Chad. It's funny you ask about living in Boston and taking the courses online. I actually haven't stepped foot on the BU campus! I went to Northeastern for my undergrad and lived in the BU area but the closest I've been to checking out their academic buildings is the BU Agganis arena for a hockey game. I should really make it a point to see the campus sometime now that I've gotten over the BU/NU rivalry. You should definitely visit Boston sometime soon. One of the great things about the city is its small size. You can definitely fit a lot in during a weekend visit. I'd recommend checking out Fenway, the seaport district and the area around the Boston Common (Newbury St) to start. Next time you come, I can recommend some other hidden gems in the Cambridge, Somerville, Newton area. It's a great place to visit-enjoy!AD 648 Blog Intro

Thanks, Jennifer. I'm glad to see another margarita lover in the class! Papagayo and The Painted Burro are my current favorites but a winner hasn't been named yet. It's my excuse to keep trying more margaritas! ;) Have you been to the Border Cafe in Harvard Square? Another great margarita and good Mexican food as well. A little loud on the weekends, but worth a stop! I look forward to seeing what new tasty treats and craft ideas you post on your blog!AD 648 Blog Intro

Thanks for the comments, Trishna. I hope to start posting again more frequently and I'm glad to hear you'd be interested in reading! I'm enjoying my project management program so far. This is my 7th course in the program and I'm particularly looking forward to it. It seems that you have a lot of previous experience with many of the topics in Ecommerce! I look forward to learning from you along the way.AD 648 Blog Intro
